How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 Standard shipping is $4.95 for all orders under $75.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. We currently only ship to the US.

Where is my order confirmation number and receipt?

An order confirmation email and receipt has been sent to the email address you provided when you submitted your order. If you do not see it within a few minutes after placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder.

When will my order ship?

Your order is currently being prepared and will ship out in 3-5 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Normal processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. Your order will ship as soon as it has been processed.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Note - It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to reflect details on the carrier's website.

When can I expect to see results?

Growing hair is a journey. We work closely with a dermatologist whose guidance is to allow 8-12 weeks to see noticeable growth results. It's critical that you become intentional about growing your hair and make it part of your daily routine. If you're not consistent in using your products, your results will not be consistent.

Do your products restore permanent hair loss?

Our products cannot restore any forms of permanent hair loss. If your hair follicles have died, our products cannot restore that hair loss. If you have any shiny, smooth balding or you're not sure if your hair follicles have died, please consult a specialist to examine your scalp before purchasing any hair growth products.

Will the products make my hair greasy and/or oily?

Many of the ingredients in our products contain natural oils and essential oils. If you do not like oils in your hair, we recommend you apply the product the night before your wash day. Allow it to penetrate your hair follicles overnight and proceed with your normal wash routine the next day.

Will the products make my hair itch?

These products will not make your hair itch. If you are someone with sensitive skin or skin that is easily irritated, test out a small amount before starting a daily application. *Note, if you reside in a climate with high humidity, your scalp and skin will sweat more, which may cause you irritation.

Do the products that contain caffeine smell like coffee?

The primary ingredient in our caffeine products is Coffee Oil, which has an aromatic smell. These products have a light scent of coffee. Therefore, we do not recommend our caffeine products if you are sensitive to coffee or coffee smells.

How should I use the products if I have fine hair?

Many people with fine hair do not like oily/greasy hair. Therefore, we recommend individuals with fine hair apply the product the night before their wash day. Allow it to penetrate your hair follicles while you sleep and proceed with shampooing your hair the next day.

Will the products help male pattern baldness?

Our products were specifically designed to address temporary hair loss, but they will minimize the effects of male pattern baldness in the crown area by helping to stop the hair loss and promote new growth. Our products yield the best results for male pattern baldness when they are used early on, before the hair follicles die out resulting in shiny, smooth balding.

Will any of the products make my hair fall out?

None of the ingredients in our products causes hair to fall out. They only contain natural ingredients. Caffeine does put your hair in a new growth cycle so some people experience the shedding of old hair when the new hair comes in, but nothing in our products causes hair to come out. If you've been experiencing excessive shedding, please contact your physician to determine if you have any allergies to the ingredients and/or to check for any underlying issues.

What is your return/refund policy?

Thank you for shopping with us at Ms. Emma's Hair Care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer any refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. *If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue. We cannot resolve any issues reported outside of the 7 day timeframe.
